Inventory & Storefront
The same catalogue drives your stock levels, your quotations and a public online store — flip a product to visible and customers can find it.
What you get
Every item with its SKU, quantity and status — in stock, low stock — so you find out before the shelf is empty.
Group products the way your customers ask for them: generators, power tools, water pumps.
Set your store address once, flip items to public, and your existing stock becomes a browsable shop.
There is no second product list to keep in sync. The items you already manage are the items customers see — mark one public and it appears, mark it private and it is gone.
For cement, iron sheets or anything priced by quantity, a fixed checkout price is the wrong tool. Customers send a request, you agree the price the way you always have.
If someone does not walk into your shop today, they never learn what you sell. A storefront built from inventory fixes that without a second system.
Questions
Inventory keeps every product with its price, category and count in one list, and that same list feeds your quotations, your stock counts and a public online store. It warns when something runs low and suggests what to reorder, so the shop, the quote and the shelf agree.
Set your store's web address once, then mark any product visible. It appears on your own public store page, on a customer's phone, with your WhatsApp one tap away. There is no separate store to build or keep up to date.
Not yet. Customers browse and send a quote request with the items they want and their WhatsApp number; you agree the price from there. For goods like cement, iron sheets or custom work, where the price depends on quantity, that is how the trade works.
Yes, when goods come in. A USB or Bluetooth scanner types into the receiving screen: each scan finds the product or pack by its barcode and counts it, and a code can be typed by hand too. Products and their packs can each carry a barcode.
Yes. A product needs reordering when what it holds plus what is already on order falls to its reorder level, and the suggested quantity is its reorder quantity, or enough to bring it to twice the level.
No. It holds the stock, feeds quotations and runs the online catalogue; it is not a till. Sales are documented through SalesOps quotations, invoices and receipts, which draw on the same product list.
