Yes. Payslips, quotations, invoices, receipts, delivery notes, training certificates and sealed accounts all carry a code that opens a public page. For a payslip the page works the figures out again from the reference printed on it, so an altered figure fails to verify. For an invoice it reads your live record, so a document you have since withdrawn tells the holder not to pay it. The page shows only what is already printed on the copy in their hand — never a line item, never a note, never anything about your company's position — and needs no login.

Yes. Send a photo of the receipt to your company's WhatsApp receipts number. AI reads the shop, the date and the total, you reply with how it was paid, and it posts to the right account in MoneySense as a double-entry journal, with the photo kept as proof. Staff can also ask for money on WhatsApp, have it approved with a tap, and close it with their receipts.

A worker opens the O'Sense app, looks at the phone and blinks once. The app matches the face against the enrolments on that handset, records the time, the site and whether they were late, and syncs when there is signal. The face template is encrypted and never leaves the phone — only the enrolment photo goes to the office, so a lost handset is restored in minutes. There is no per-worker licence.
