The clock-in nobody can lend.

A worker opens the O'Sense app, looks at the phone, blinks once, and is clocked in — with the time, the site and whether they were late. Cards get lent and PINs get shared; a face does not. It runs on an open engine with no per-worker licence, and keeps working with no signal.
