SalesOps
Every client, deal and promise in one place. Find new customers in any Zambian town with LeadFinder, run your sales email and WhatsApp chats in SalesOffice, ask SIA what needs attention, and send quotations, invoices and receipts your customer can verify.
What you get
Company, phone, industry and contact details — searchable by name, email or industry rather than scrolling a chat.
Pick a town and a kind of business — distributors, schools, clinics, farms, mines, hotels — and get up to 25 verifiable prospects. Tick the ones to keep; they land in the CRM with the duplicate check done.
AI composes the next message from the client's own last feedback, attaches the product photo you choose, and sends it on WhatsApp. The stage, priority and revenue you track feed Sales Intelligence.
Find businesses that fit in any Zambian town, scored against your own questions, with the decision-maker and a drafted WhatsApp message. See LeadFinder.
Your sales email on your own domain and your WhatsApp chats in one place, with SIA flagging what needs a reply today and what you promised.
Ask about your sales in plain English and get an answer drawn only from records you can see, with a link to each one.
New in SalesOps
Tell it what you sell and where. It does the research a salesperson would do for a week, and shows its working.
Each business is read and scored from 0 to 100 against the questions you set. Every answer is Yes, Likely, No or Unknown, with one line of evidence and the page it came from. The first WhatsApp message is already drafted.
Describe your best customer once. SIA sharpens it, you approve it, and every search by every salesperson uses it. Mark leads Good fit or Not a fit and SIA suggests improvements to the profile.
SalesOffice and Ask SIA
Customers write by email and WhatsApp. SalesOffice keeps both in one place and SIA reads them so nothing you promised is forgotten.
Each company has a sales address on its own domain, plus its WhatsApp chats, in one inbox. SIA reads every email and chat and tells you whether it needs a reply today, what was promised by whom and by when, and what the next best step is.
Type what you want to know, such as which quotations are going cold or which clients owe us. Ask SIA answers from the records you are allowed to see and links to each one, so you can check it.
Questions
SalesOps is the sales part of O'Sense, business software for Zambia. It holds your clients and pipeline, finds new customers with LeadFinder, runs your sales inbox and WhatsApp chats in SalesOffice, answers questions about your sales with Ask SIA, and produces quotations, invoices, receipts and delivery notes that a customer can verify.
Yes. LeadFinder searches any Zambian town for businesses that fit what you sell, scores each against your own questions, names the decision-maker where one is published and drafts the first WhatsApp message. It also watches government tenders on the ZPPA e-GP portal.
SalesOffice is where SalesOps handles conversations. Each company gets a sales email address on its own domain and sees its WhatsApp chats in the same place. SIA reads each email or chat and flags what needs a reply today, what you promised and when it is due, and drafts a reply. It never sends a reply by itself.
Ask SIA lets you ask questions about your sales in plain English, such as which quotations are going cold. It answers only from records you are allowed to see and links to each record it used.
Yes. Follow-ups are drafted from the client's own last note and sent on WhatsApp after a person approves them. Recurring invoices go out on WhatsApp as a PDF. SalesOffice shows your company's WhatsApp chats next to its email.
Yes. A quotation converts to an invoice, recording a payment makes the receipt, and delivery notes convert to delivery invoices. Each document carries a QR code that opens a public page where your customer can check it against your own record. "Send to client" opens the PDF attached in SalesOffice.
Yes. Every client has a contact, industry, status, owner, notes, visits and an activity feed that brings together notes, quotes, invoices, WhatsApp and email. It suits distributors, schools, workshops, hardware shops and sales teams of two or two hundred.
Each O'Sense app is priced on its own per month, and the employee register is free with every plan. Current pricing is on request on WhatsApp.
Every account carries the date you last visited it. The ones drifting to the bottom of the list are exactly the ones worth a call this week.
Your clients are not a list, they are a map. Plot every account by location and a day on the road stops being three trips across Lusaka to see people who are ten minutes apart.
Choose Kitwe and "distributors" and O'Sense finds up to 25 real, verifiable businesses — with a phone, an address and whether they are open now. Nothing enters the CRM until a person ticks it; the ones you keep get the same duplicate check and audit row as a client typed in by hand.
A customer holding a quotation or an invoice has had no way to tell it from one somebody typed up themselves. Every quotation, invoice, receipt and delivery note now carries a code that opens your own record for that document — who it is from and to, its number, date, total and standing.
Sales Intelligence Analytics is part of SalesOps, not a second system to buy. It reads the notes, visits and quotes your team already records, scores every open account for how close it is, and names the next step — so the week starts with the deals worth the drive.
A pipeline you can filter, sort and total is the difference between chasing the loudest customer and chasing the closest deal.
